What is it?

Secured by Women is an initiative to bring visibility to the brilliant women making history in cybersecurity today. This program is proudly sponsored by Lacework – the leader in cloud security.

Meet the winners

Out of hundreds of nominations submitted, we’ve selected five recipients in the inaugural Secured by Women initiative. We’re excited to recognize and amplify voices of these leaders.

And with an overwhelming response, we’ll also be donating $5,000 to Girls Who Code to further the cause by supporting their great work.

Why now?

Despite comprising nearly half of the workforce, women only account for 25% of those in the cybersecurity industry. We believe Women’s History Month is a time to reflect on the impact of women in technology. This includes an ongoing commitment to challenge the status quo and be a leader in change.
